Il VI Vertice del gruppo del Brics (Brasile, Russia, India, Cina e Sudafrica) terminerà oggi con un incontro dei leaders di questo blocco con i presidenti sudamericani.
Questo dialogo con i più importanti rappresentanti dei paesi membri dell’Unione delle Nazioni Sudamericane – UNASUR, è molto simile a quello organizzato nel 2013 in Sudafrica quando i presidenti africani furono invitati al Vertice dei paesi emergenti, ha segnalato il vice segretario della ministero degli Esteri, l’ambasciatore José Alfredo Graza Lima.
L’incontro ha come obiettivo l’analisi degli interessi delle due parti, l’ampliamento dei vincoli e la ricerca di avvicinamenti che si traducano in un commercio più forte, una maggiore cooperazione economica e una maggiore prosperità per le popolazioni.
Si aspetta anche la presenza di tutti governanti di questa regione, perchè il ministero degli Esteri del Brasile ha indicato che nessuno degli invitati ha respinto l’invito.
La dichiarazione approvata dai presidenti di questi cinque paesi, a Fortaleza, segnala l’impegno d’incentivare e attivare i meccanismi d’integrazione economica e di governo regionale, come UNASUR, il Mercato Comune del sud, MERCOSUR e la Comunità degli Stasi Latinoamericani e Caraibici, CELAC.
Lo scrittore, politico e ambasciatore Samuel Pinheiro Guimaraes, ha segnalato che questo appuntamento sarà un’importante opportunità per avvicinare territori emergenti ai sudamericani.
Guimaraes ha segnalato che sarà un’occasione importante per stabilire meccanismi di cooperazione politici ed economici con il BRICS, che ha dato luce verde alla creazione di un Banco di Sviluppo e di un Fondo di Riserva.
Queste Istituzioni costituiranno un’alternativa al Banco Mondiale – BM – e al Fondo Monetario Internazionale – FMI – che necessitano urgenti riforme e saranno differenti perchè concederanno prestiti ai loro membri senza condizioni e senza l’imposizione di ricette neo liberiste, ha detto il diplomático.
La creazione d un Banco contribuirà a finanziare gli investimenti reciproci dei membri del BRICS e le nazioni in via di sviluppo e questo favorirà i territori sudamericani.
La presenza a Brasilia dei governanti di Russia, Cina, India e Sudafrica servirà anche per sostenere dialoghi separati e privati con i sudamericani.
Questa riunione tra i cinque presidenti e rappresentanti della regione, sarà preceduta da un incontro tra la presidentessa del Brasile, Dilma Rousseff, e il primo ministro dell’India, Narendra Modi.
